指那些很爱给自个立方针，可是永久做不到的人。这类人心态上活泼向上，行为上却宛如废物，他们一般会在间歇性吃苦后惊惧，常常为自个的懒散自责。
An active loser is someone who loves to set goals but fails to achieve them.
These people have a lot of aspiration to be active but find it difficult to follow through in practical terms.
Often, active losers get caught in a cycle of inspiration, good intentions and then procrastination, which is immediately followed by guilt for being so lazy.
